What can you do with an old GameBoy?

My ears pricked up when my OH started talking about retiring the GameBoy. Not being a big game fan, the GB has remained out of sight and out of mind during its tenure in the kids’ half of the house. Hmm, what could I refashion it into? Is there a wirelss chip available? Could I reprogram it to sync with the atomic clock in Anthorn and use it as a pocket watch?
